Watch for School Busses and Children!

As Summer comes to a close our children are headed back to school;  Please be on the lookout.  School busses will be coming through our Community and we need to be appropriately cautious.  We have moved some of the bus stops so please take note.  We owe it to our children to keep them safe!

Planning Changes to the Exterior of your Home?

Please make sure that if you are planning to add a deck, fence, patio, or any other exterior change to your home, you need to start by filling out an Architectural Request form that can be found on the documents tab of this site.  Please fill this out in its entirety and get it back to the HOA for approval. You should add supporting documentation as needed along with this.  Approval from the HOA must be received before you build.  If you have any questions, Coventry Group Community Management, Inc. can walk you through the process.

Mineral Street Project

In an ongoing effort to improve Hupp’s Ridge, the HOA will be working on the area where Pendleton Lane intersects with Mineral Street.  You may notice cleaning, clearing and some landscape work in this area for some possible future improvements.  Parking will no longer be permitted down there and towing will be enforced.

Meeting with Town Hall
October 21, 2016

The Hupp’s Ridge Board President has arranged for a meeting with the Planning and Zoning Administrator to discuss plans for the Mineral street and Pendleton lane intersection located within Hupp’s Ridge Community.

This meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, October 26, 2016 at 3:30 at The Town Hall located at 174 East King Street, Strasburg, VA.

Any homeowners who would like to attend are invited and appreciated!

Fall Sign Project

This Fall, your HOA will be having a “Hupp’s Ridge” sign built at the entrance of our Community.  It has been a few years in the making and should enhance our Community.  Your Board and Coventry Group is in the process of securing Contractors and you should notice some activity soon!

Lower Dues for 2016

Your Board of Directors has worked tirelessly in getting a Budget for 2016 that sets aside appropriate Reserves as well as continues to allow for improvements to the Community.  This has resulted in a DECREASE in the dues for 2016!!

The new dues amount will be $150 per quarter – down from $155 per quarter!!

Sealing, Striping & Numbering Schedule and Map
July 20, 2015

Sealing, Striping and Space Numbering will begin on Monday, July 27th.  Please see Schedule and Map to be sure your vehicles are relocated during your lot or Courts scheduled time.  It is vital that lots be cleared during their scheduled days so work can be done. VEHICLES WILL BE TOWED AT OWNERS EXPENSE!

Sealing, Striping & Numbering
July 15, 2015

All parking lots and Courts will be sealed/striped and numbered beginning on July 27th and continuing until complete.  Closures and accompanying map will be distributed throughout the Community several days prior indicating the dates lots will be affected.

Each lot/Court will be closed for a minimum of two days and vehicles must be removed!

Vehicles that have to be moved the morning of the work will be done so by JR’s Towing and the owners will be charged accordingly!

Please be considerate and cooperative as we work to improve our Community.
