Owner Access Portals
April 25, 2018

Coventry Group is now offering Owner Access portals (see the new link in the sidebar) to allow you to access your association account details. From the portal, you can view your current account balance, check your payment history, pay your assessments online, view pending violations or open work orders, communicate with your association manager and more.

If we have your email address on file, an email was sent to you with your confirmation code. If you need a confirmation code, please email our office manager. Include your name, community name, property address within the community and your email address. We need ALL of this information to verify each homeowner. Hupps Ridge annual HOA meeting will be held on Wednesday, March 7th, 6:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Town of Strasburg,
174 E. King St., Strasburg, VA.  Notices were mailed at the beginning of February.  If you are unable to attend please complete the proxy and return to our office by 4:30 p.m. March 6th.  If you have misplaced your proxy, please email lnokes@coventrygrp.com to request the notice to be emailed to you.

Hupp’s Ridge HOA signed a contract with Nate and Son Wrecker Service.  The contract is effective as of today and vehicles parked in the no parking zones or that are double parked will be towed at the owners expense.

Nate & Son Wrecker Service will store all vehicles at their impound lot located at 508 Kendrick Lane Front Royal, VA 22630.  All vehicles will be towed at the owners expense.  Fees are as follows:

  1. Impound Fee – $125.00 (under 10k lbs) $150.00 (over 10k lbs) 
  2. Drop Fee – $25.00
  3. Storage – $50.00/day ($75.00/ if over 25ft and length)
  4. Admin Fee – $125.00 (after 5 days of holding vehicle)

All Impound fees are to be paid in full before release and only released to registered owners (proof of registration and ID required, no exceptions)

Additional 6% fee applied for ALL CREDIT CARD payments

Homeowner’s may contact Lisa Nokes, Community Manager at 540-535-0816 or via email lnokes@coventrygrp.com to report vehicles parked in the no parking areas or those that are double parked in the community.  Please have the vehicle information ready when you call or email (color, make, model, license plate info and location of vehicle).

If there is a vehicle parked in a homeowner’s assigned spot, homeowner’s have the authorization to call Nates directly at 540-671-8858 to report and have that vehicle towed.

Watch for School Busses and Children!

As Summer comes to a close our children are headed back to school;  Please be on the lookout.  School busses will be coming through our Community and we need to be appropriately cautious.  We have moved some of the bus stops so please take note.  We owe it to our children to keep them safe!

Planning Changes to the Exterior of your Home?

Please make sure that if you are planning to add a deck, fence, patio, or any other exterior change to your home, you need to start by filling out an Architectural Request form that can be found on the documents tab of this site.  Please fill this out in its entirety and get it back to the HOA for approval. You should add supporting documentation as needed along with this.  Approval from the HOA must be received before you build.  If you have any questions, Coventry Group Community Management, Inc. can walk you through the process.

Mineral Street Project
February 3, 2017

In an ongoing effort to improve Hupp’s Ridge, the HOA will be working on the area where Pendleton Lane intersects with Mineral Street.  You may notice cleaning, clearing and some landscape work in this area for some possible future improvements.  Parking will no longer be permitted down there and towing will be enforced.

Meeting with Town Hall
October 21, 2016

The Hupp’s Ridge Board President has arranged for a meeting with the Planning and Zoning Administrator to discuss plans for the Mineral street and Pendleton lane intersection located within Hupp’s Ridge Community.

This meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, October 26, 2016 at 3:30 at The Town Hall located at 174 East King Street, Strasburg, VA.

Any homeowners who would like to attend are invited and appreciated!

Fall Sign Project
October 9, 2016

This Fall, your HOA will be having a “Hupp’s Ridge” sign built at the entrance of our Community.  It has been a few years in the making and should enhance our Community.  Your Board and Coventry Group is in the process of securing Contractors and you should notice some activity soon!
